These terms and conditions are an agreement between you and Lakehouse Capital Pty Limited ACN 614 957 603 (“Lakehouse Capital,” “we,” or “us”), and they apply to and govern your use of the Lakehouse Capital website, www.lakehousecapital.com.au (the “Site”). Your use of the Site signifies your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms of use, you may not access or otherwise use the Site. Lakehouse Capital may periodically change these terms and conditions, and any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Lakehouse Capital; Information on this Site

Lakehouse Capital is the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL 526842), which authorises it to provide general financial product advice to retail and wholesale clients and dealing services to wholesale clients. Please see our Financial Services Guide (FSG) for more information on the services we are authorised to provide and the product disclosure statement (PDS) for details regarding the Fund.

This Site will include information about the Fund as well as articles and commentary written by our personnel.  The information provided on this Site is not intended to be (and you should not consider them to be) an offer to buy or sell any financial product.

Warning

All of the commentary and statements of opinion and recommendations we provide in relation to financial products contain only general advice. That is, those statements of opinion and recommendations have been prepared without taking into account your personal objectives, financial situation or needs.
